1. About these terms
FrameShit Studio (the “Service”) is operated by FSS Media (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to frameshit.com, the FrameShit web app, the FrameShit Telegram Mini App and our Telegram bots, including RoundBot.
By using the Service you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Some features require a Telegram account, and your use of Telegram is also governed by Telegram’s own terms.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Telegram account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your devices and Telegram account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Credits and payments
- Renders and other paid features are paid for with credits. The exact credit cost is shown before you start a render, and credits are deducted only when the render begins.
- Credits can be bought through Telegram Stars or the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by those providers; we never see your full card details.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used within the Service.
- We may change prices and plans in the future. Changes never affect credits you have already bought.
5. Refunds
If a render fails because of a problem on our side, or you cancel it before it finishes, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Other purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Purchases made with Telegram Stars are also subject to Telegram’s terms. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will look into it.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and photos you upload and to the results you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that every person whose face appears in your source material or in the faces you assign has given their consent.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, refuse renders, and suspend or close accounts that break it.
8. AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically and may contain errors or visual artefacts. You are responsible for how you use and publish them, including labelling them as AI-generated wherever the law or a platform’s rules require it.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. Tools marked Beta or In Development may be unstable or change significantly.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes we will give notice in the app or our Telegram channel. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
