1. Consent comes first
Only use your own face, or the faces of people who have given you clear permission. This applies both to the people in your source video and to the faces you assign to them.
2. Content that is never allowed
- Sexual, nude or intimate content of any real person without their explicit consent.
- Any content that sexualises minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Impersonation to deceive: fraud, scams, fake identity checks, or tricking people into sending money or information.
- Disinformation: fake statements or actions by politicians, officials or other public figures presented as real, or content meant to manipulate elections.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, humiliation or defamation of real people.
- Hate speech, or content that promotes violence or extremism.
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Anything else that is illegal where you or the people shown live.
3. Be open about AI
Don’t present generated videos as real footage. When you share results publicly, label them as AI-generated, and never remove watermarks or labels in order to mislead people.
4. Don’t abuse the platform
- No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- No getting around limits, for example by creating multiple accounts to collect free credits.
- No payment fraud, chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods.
- No uploading malware or harmful files.
5. Telegram bots and other tools
The same rules apply to RoundBot and all other FSS tools. Only process videos you have the right to use, and only download content you are allowed to download.
6. Enforcement
We may refuse or stop renders, remove content, and suspend or permanently close accounts that break this policy. Credits on accounts closed for serious violations may be forfeited. Where the law requires, we will report illegal content to the authorities.
7. Report misuse
If you believe someone has used FrameShit to create content of you without consent, or content that breaks these rules, email us with the subject “Abuse”. Include links or details so we can act quickly. We review every report.
